Your full satisfaction is our top priority. Should you find any item to be defective, the item can be returned in the same condition as it was sent upon approval by us within 30 days.
We check all our merchandise for defect and damage prior to shipment, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to ensure the product is in good condition. Unfortunately, damaged goods, scratches, marks due to customer negligence or items without their original packaging will not be accepted for return.
Please complete the product returns form under Customer Service -> Returns to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization. Shipping charges and other handling fees are non-refundable.
